The CIE is centrally located on the first floor of the Curry Student Center, within the Indoor Quad. Our space has three distinct programming areas that feature flexible set-up options that are ideal for small group discussions, training sessions, or film screenings.

Reserve Our Space

The Center for Intercultural Engagement (CIE) entertains requests to use our space on a case-by-case basis. Please read the following information before submitting a request:

  1. CIE will consider requests for events and programs that support our mission, vision, and goals (see “About” page).
  2. During the academic year, CIE can be reserved from 9am-9pm Monday-Friday. Please note during the summer semesters, CIE is available from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
  3. If your reservation can be accommodated, the room will be set-up ‘as is.’ Furniture cannot be removed and additional furniture cannot be brought into the space. If you rearrange the set-up for your use, you will be required to return it to the way you found it.
  4. TVs and microphone use is available in the CIE, however, audiovisual support staff is not provided as part of your reservation.
